IPL Laser Hair Removal & IPL Treatments TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once you purchase a SHR or LASER package It is agreed as follows:

  1. Should the CLIENT require to cancel or postpone a booked appointment, such an appointment must be cancelled/postponed at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Any appointment not cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment will be forfeited and the client will still be charged for the said appointment and no refund for such appointment will be given to them by Afrika Kusini. This cancelled/missed appointment will be deducted from the allocated appointment schedule to make up for lost of revenue to Afrika Kusini . No credit will be given & no new slot will be made up to the client at a later time.
  2. Should the CLIENT arrive late for an appointment by they will forfeit the amount of time that they are late with and will only receive treatment if possible and at Afrika Kusini’s discretion for the remainder of the time of that appointment.
  3. The payment terms for Afrika Kusini IPL discount packages are strictly in advance by way of a Debit/Credit Card or EFT payment, to secure & book appointments. All other once off appointments will be charged at a once off rate.
  4. Client agrees to stick to the treatment schedule as discussed during consultation :14 days interval for Skin Rejuvenation, Pigmentation Therapy, Vein Therapy and Acne Therapy. 28 – 30 days interval for SHR & Hair removal. Failure to adhere to treatment schedule will result in results not being achieved timeously. Afrika Kusini reserves the right to adjust the treatment schedule as seen fit to achieve maximum results.
  5. Client agree to the terms of service regarding sessions needed to achieve given results as per the guidelines indicated in the package menu section. Client understands that skipping sessions or postponing sessions might result in the desired results becoming unobtainable.
  6. The Client endeavours to not wax or use hair removal creams during the duration of the treatment schedule. Failure to comply will result in the Laser not being able to penetrate the anagen hair resulting in less than desirable results.
  7. Please note sessions cannot be shared between clients/family/friends. One package per client.
  8. Afrika Kusini reserves the right to cancel the discounted package or refuse treatment due to deviation of any of the above by the Client.
  9. REFUND POLICY: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to cancel the agreement within the prescribed cooling off period of 5 working days without incurring penalties or providing reasons for your decision. We must refund you within 15 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will not be considered after the aforementioned prescribed period. Please NO NOT pay for treatments in advance if you disagree
