How does the lipolytic diet actually work?
The combination of the injections/oral drops and the specially formulated eating plan will trigger the body, to tap into your abnormal fat stores, as a source of energy.

DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC EATING PLAN?
YES, however the eating plan supplied with the Lipolytic diet program is made up of controlled daily servings of protein, carbohydrate, fruit and vegetables. It is NOT a starvation diet and you will indeed feel remarkably well while on the diet. We supply you with complete dietary information at the start of your program, which includes menus, and advice to ensure you feel great whilst losing those kilograms and centimetres.
AN MEN GO ON THE LIPOLYTIC DIET PROGRAM?
YES, men can safely follow the program and in fact will lose weight faster than female clients. Lipolytic also helps to increase testosterone levels in men.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INJECTION THAT REQUIRES REFRIGERATION AND THE ONE THAT DOES NOT NEED REFRIGERATION?
DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE WHILST ON THE PROGRAM?
Exercise is not necessary while on the Lipolytic diet. In fact strenuous exercise is not recommended. We recommend 20-30 minutes walking daily as walking is a great stress reliever, it keeps your bowels moving and conditions your cardiovascular system. There is plenty of time to get back to your regular exercise routine after you have completed your course and are on the maintenance part of the course.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY ON THE PROGRAM?
You can stay on the program as long as you are still wanting to lose weight. We will however assist you to make some changes to the diet after about 6 weeks of following the eating plan continuously. For example, a cheat meal once a week.
WILL I GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT BACK ONCE I COME OFF THE PROGRAM?
After the Lipolytic diet you will find that your appetite has changed, eating behavior will change and your body will of course, change. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight. You will find that a minimum amount of exercise will be sufficient for maintaining a very healthy body, anything from Yoga to 20 minutes of Cardio a day (whatever you enjoy that gets your heart rate up). With your hypothalamus reset, your metabolism will be different and you will be able to eat moderately without feeling the need to overeat.
